• Obtain necessary permissions for content, logos, and other materials provided to us.

5. Intellectual Property

• All original work created by DolSky Solutions remains our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your confidential information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any unpaid fees for work completed will be due upon termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
